We are a multicultural and plurilingual organization (Spanish, English, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic, and Russian). 

Eva studied Librarianship and Information Sciences  and has completed several business specializations at institutions such as Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania. She has more than 20 years of experience in the information services industry, libraries, publisher representation and digital solutions. The integration of business and results at an international level has positioned Eva as a leading advisor in key sectors in the information industry. She speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese. Eva enjoys the beach and museums.

Kathy studied Librarianship and Information Sciences at the Central University of Venezuela. She has more than 10 years of experience in business relations, consulting, marketing and customer service in the research and information industry. Kathy has used her skills and interpersonal relationships to achieve high margins of satisfaction with our clients around the world. She speaks Spanish, English and Italian. Kathy is a music lover, she enjoys discovering new cultures and fine food.

Ignacio studied accounting and economics at the IUTV and at Florida International University (respectively). He has more than 10 years of experience in the implementation of projects associated with the Information Technology sector. Ignacio has collaborated in the implementation of processes that are related to the development of new business opportunities and the successful implementation of international projects. He is also a specialist in bidding processes in the USA and Mexico. He speaks Spanish and English. Ignacio enjoys playing his guitar and keeping fit.

Catherine García Cardona has an MBA in International Management from the University of Phoenix and a specialization in Linguistic Arts from the University of Puerto Rico. In addition, she has project certifications, iTIL V3 and courses in Human Resources. With more than 20 years of experience in the areas of Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Events and Training, Catherine is proficient in the areas that help her deliver the best service to our current and future clients. Catherine speaks English and Spanish, and she is mainly assigned to the United States, Puerto Rico and Panama. Catherine enjoys writing, singing and visiting the beach.

Enrique studied Library Science at the Central University of Venezuela and has a Diploma as a Documentary Analyst at the University of Carabobo. He has 22 years of experience in ​​libraries, information management, information literacy, customer service and specialized information systems. He is a contributing writer for the blog Infotecarios. Enrique speaks Spanish and enjoys music, being a radio host and technology.

He has developed an extensive network in the educational space for more than 15 years. He has broad knowledge of the business and cultural insights facilitating successfully opening new geographical markets and is expanding into the European markets. Guido speaks Dutch, German, English, Spanish and Portuguese. Guido is passionate about anything outdoors from hiking to water sports including his biggest passion, surfing.

Oksana speaks Russian and English, and loves mountain skiing, pilates and running.
